Shipping and delivery charge
Thefaceshopny.com ships to any street addresses within 48 continental United States. Unfortunately, we currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Sales tax will be collected by New Jersey tax law where is the vender located according to the item. But, if there are new additional items with Thefaceshopny.com or if the item needs to be collected the sales tax, we will charge the sales tax as well.
Thefaceshop.com will ship out merchandises within 24 hours from the date received your order. The amount of time your order spends, status can vary based on the availability of the item(s) and the selected delivery. Thus, Customer may get the product within 4~6 business days after order is placed. If the product ship to standard method,you can confirm your order with our contact information and by email or phone number.
Additionally, you will be notified by e-mail if there is any extraordinary circumstance. In addition, if thefaceshopny.com discovered any transaction that has error or incorrect information by customer, thefaceshopny.com will contact the customer but, if thefaceshopny.com cannot approach the customer, the transaction will be holding until it confirms.
Also, the customer wants to get the products as faster shipping method, customers can request faster shipping speed and thefaceshopny.com will provide the shipping services with UPS or USPS systems.
There is no free shipping to Hawaii and Canada under any circumstances or promotion thefaceshopny.com will not ship to P.O. Box address.
Returns
Return shipment due to incorrect shipping address will be reshipped to the correct address at customer’s expense
All returns must be inquired via email first
All return request must be with reasonable cause, simplicity a change of mind will not be accepted with return reason
Once return is authorized all items must be returned within 30 days of the date the items were received
Unless the product is deemed damaged Thefaceshopny is not responsible for the return shipping
All items must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed, and in mint condition
All items must be returned with all tags intact and with the original protective layer
Exchanges
- All exchanges must be inquired via email first
- Once the exchange is authorized you may place a new order for the exchange
- The new order will ship with a prepaid return label
- The return shipment received must be in compliance with the return policy
- Once received a refund will be authorized on the returned items minus the shipping fee within 24 hours
Refund
All refunds are authorized within 24 hours of the return received
Refund payment will be processed once returned items’ condition complies with return policy
Refund amount will be in the original payment amount minus the shipping fee
Payment will be in the form of original payment method
Payment process can take up to 7 working days depending on your bank or payment provider
